As a caregiver in our residential programs, a Direct Support Professional (DSP) will provide direct care support to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism and a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT) will provide support to adults with persistent mental health challenges.
Support consists of assisting clients to achieve their goals as established in a personal plan, acting as a role model, encouraging change through positive reinforcement, administering medications, inspiring clients to be as independent as possible, and encouraging client community integration and inclusion.
You will support individuals in the community using company vehicles for client transportation.
