As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for monitoring and auditing manufacturing processes and standard work. You will respond to team process or takt time failures, filling in for any work stoppages. You will be required to document the reasons for failures and, if necessary, conduct improvement activities and specialty job skills trainings. In this role, you will hold instruction sessions and discussions related to styles and production schedules. You will work closely with manufacturing associates and supervisors to help achieve consistent results.
High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 or more years of experience in manufacturing process or a related area.
Must have attained Competency III and the 3 points in Master under Technical.
Demonstrated ability to use concepts, practices, and procedures within the manufacturing process.
Computer proficient.
Strong communication skills or a commitment to learn or upgrade English speaking and writing skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
